When traveling through our lives, we pass through various transitional phases.

These transitions may be developmental, – like moving from adolescence to adulthood or navigating through college, career, marriage, family or passing through changes during our middle years.

These transitions may also be situational, – like walking through grief and loss or finding the way through trauma, anger, anxiety or getting past addiction and other self-harm.

At each transition, we may come to a crossroads. We may be disoriented or lost for a moment. We may not know what to do or how to continue. We may need some help in finding our way.
